Parking is limited on and around campus. Several large open parking lots are available at the edge of campus off Assembly Street. See the University's Web site for locations of those lots. USC maps are available online.
Two parking garages are located near the Darla Moore School of Business—Pendleton Street Parking Garage and Senate Street Parking Garage. Metered parking is available in a smaller lot which can be entered from Barnwell Street. Reserved parking near the National Advocacy Center is not available and is closely monitored.
Visitor parkingParking on campus is available to faculty, staff, and students by permit and is mostly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Campus visitors may obtain a temporary visitor permit from the Department of Parking and Vehicle Registration Services. The visitor permit is valid in various lots throughtout campus. Metered parking is also available on campus for visitors who may want to purchase parking meter cards for all-day parking.

Recruiter parkingThe Office of Career Management is located on the 6th floor of the H. William Close Building in the Darla Moore School of Business, which is on the corner of Pendleton and Barnwell streets.
- Parking spaces for recruiters visiting the school for interviews are reserved through the University of South Carolina Career Center at 803-777-7280.
- Parking spaces for company representatives here for information sessions are scheduled through the Moore School's Office of Career Management.
When you arrive on campus, enter the deck from Barnwell Street (entrance is in front of Columbia Hall), pass the metered spaces, and drive to the rear of the deck. ONLY Reserved Spaces are available for your use. Please DO NOT PARK IN SPACES 301-308. Occasionally a guard will block the entrance to the parking lot. Tell him/her that you are a recruiter and wish to park in our reserved spaces. Please be sure to display the parking pass provided to you in your rear window to avoid parking tickets. The reserved spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If these spaces are filled when you arrive, check the metered spaces on the top level of the parking deck.
