Moore School alumnus Jeff Holmes, based out of Kigali, Rwanda, has created a Web site called Arresting Development. The site features podcasts on life and business topics in Rwanda.  Recent podcasts discussed topics such as NGOs, negotiation practices, and internship opportunities. Holmes, a Spring 2007 graduate, is vice president of Project Development at Kijungo, LLC in Rwanda.
