Graduate students at the University of South Carolina have a variety of on-campus and off-campus housing options. The list below provides a general overview of some of the options available in the Columbia area.

USC Graduate & Family Housing

Carolina Gardens has one, two and three bedroom apartments. Rent includes electricity and water.

Cliff Apartments has one and two bedroom traditional apartments. The rent includes all utilities, local telephone service, and basic cable set up.

Both of these areas are located on the south side of campus near the athletic fields and have shuttle service available to The Darla Moore School of Business. If you are interested in USC on-campus housing - please refer to the Housing Web page for terms and conditions/applications and deposits.
